     The Thinking C.A.P.P. Foundation (Children's Accident Prevention Program) is headquartered in Hollywood, CA. It was founded in 2005 by Scott Cirillo; a Child Safety Advocate, Inventor, Businessman, Producer and Teacher specializing in Children with Special Needs. The primary mission of the foundation is to greatly reduce the millions of children that end-up in hospitals every year due to Preventable Accidents.

     We will accomplish our goal by educating children, parents, grandparents, teachers, and care givers Proactive Preventive Child Safety from dangerous products and places. There are many programs available that attempt to teach the safeties of danger; however those methods are not reaching out to the children or the educators and in return are not ending up in the most crucial place; the home.

     Our program will successfully reach out to the majority and the minority because our program is created with some of the most trustworthy child developmental theories, new theories and many diverse groups of people interjecting their views from all ages, genders, learning disabilities, educational backgrounds, street smarts and cultures.

     One of our goals is to become a non-profit organization allowing us to grow our foundation in the direction needed to succeed in our mission. This goal will be achieved by means of Donations, Partners, Fundraisers, Licensing, The Adventures of Mickey & Maria Books, Stickers, TV Cartoons, Kiosks in malls, Story Time Events, Mr. No-No Approved Daycare's/ Schools & Camps, Mr. No-No Child Safety Products, Pharmaceutical Mr. No-No Safety Stickers, Toys, Videos and Board Games and Mr. No-No the Movie. These sources of funding will help us help save children’s lives. They will also help support the foundation to continue their efforts helping children, families and schools that are less fortunate and cannot afford the tools needed to protect themselves from dangerous products and places.
